Return & Refund Policy
All sales at Psychopompos Floral are final. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email/contact] with:
- A photo of the arrangement as received
- Your order number
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honored. As perishable goods cannot be returned or restocked, we do not require items to be shipped back and no restocking fees apply.
Return Shipping Because all sales are final on perishable floral goods, return shipments are not accepted. In the rare case that a return is authorized by Psychopompos Floral, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of fulfillment are not eligible for a refund, as materials will have already been sourced and prepared.
Custom & Event Orders Deposits on custom installations and event orders are non-refundable. Final payments are due 14 days before the event date and are non-refundable once floral materials have been ordered.
