1. Overview All orders from Psychopompos Floral are fulfilled in-house. We do not use third-party shipping carriers for standard orders. Delivery and pickup are handled directly by our team to ensure your arrangements arrive in perfect condition.
2. Local Delivery We offer local delivery within the LA Metro Area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery windows are provided at the time of order and are estimates — actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will make every effort to contact you if a significant delay is anticipated. If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, we will follow any special instructions provided. We are not responsible for arrangements left unattended after a successful delivery attempt.
3. In-Store Pickup Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please pick up your order within 24 hours of the ready notification, as we cannot guarantee the condition of arrangements held beyond that window.
4. Order Processing Orders are processed and confirmed upon receipt of payment. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 11:00 AM for select items and locations within the LA Metro Area. For same-day availability confirmation, contact us at psychopomposfloral@gmail.com before placing your order.
5. Perishable Items All floral products are perishable. We take great care in packaging and timing deliveries to preserve freshness. Once an order has been delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for its condition if care instructions are not followed.
6. Delivery Issues If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at psychopomposfloral@gmail.com with photos. We will assess the situation and work to make it right.
7. Service Area We currently serve the LA Metro Area. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please reach out at psychopomposfloral@gmail.com before placing your order.
