1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of pfloralla.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Services Psychopompos Floral offers premium floral arrangements, event installations, and related products. All arrangements are handcrafted and subject to seasonal availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when specific flowers are unavailable.

3. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or product unavailability, with a full refund issued.

4. Delivery & Pickup We offer local delivery within the Los Angeles area and in-store pickup. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Perishable Goods Floral products are perishable. We are not responsible for the condition of arrangements after delivery or pickup if care instructions are not followed. Please refer to the care card included with your order.

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and we will work to make it right.

7. Event & Installation Orders Custom event orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date may forfeit the deposit. Full cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges for materials already sourced.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photos, design, and copy — is the property of Psychopompos Floral and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Psychopompos Floral is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
